Who we are

The website www.moloko.agency is operated by moloko agency (“we”), e-mail: hi@moloko.agency, phone: +38 066 088 93 20. We are responsible for processing the personal data you leave on this site.

What data we collect

Enquiry form data: your name, phone or e-mail, message and selected services.

Technical data sent with the enquiry: the page it was sent from, the site language and the traffic source (UTM tags or the referring website).

Analytics data (only if your cookie choice allows it): pseudonymised information about visits — pages, device, browser, approximate location and traffic source.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and agree on cooperation.

To understand which pages and services interest visitors and to improve the website.

We do not sell your data or use it for newsletters without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Form data — your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to your request.

Analytics — your cookie consent. For visitors outside the EU, the UK and Switzerland, analytics is enabled by default and can be switched off at any time.

We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we share data with

Netlify — website hosting and form processing (servers may be located outside Ukraine).

Telegram — form enquiries are delivered to us via the messenger.

Google Analytics — visit statistics, only with your consent.

Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr — loading the site's fonts and scripts; these services see your device's IP address.

We do not share data with other third parties except where required by law.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visitors — only if analytics is allowed.

Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage (moloko_consent) so the banner doesn't appear again.

The website does not use advertising cookies.

You can change your choice with the button below or by clearing the site data in your browser.

How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and continue cooperation, and are deleted at your request or when no longer needed.

Google Analytics data is kept according to the service settings (no longer than 14 months).

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict processing, withdraw consent and receive a copy of your data.

To exercise your rights, e-mail hi@moloko.agency. We will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority in your country.
